Shipping & Returns 

To keep delivery costs low for our customers, Pop It On ships via Australia Post from Brisbane. Please note that parcel tracking isn’t available at this time.

We are committed to dispatching your order within the time-frames below:

  • 5–6 business days: NSW, QLD, ACT, VIC, SA

  • 5–8 business days: WA, NT, TAS

Please note, we cannot be responsible for local customs regulations or fees. If your order is returned to us due to customs issues, we will gladly offer a full refund.


Returns

Our returns window is 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original, undamaged packaging.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm we’ve received your item and to let you know whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days (timing may vary by bank).


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank—there is often processing time before a refund posts.

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please email admin@popiton.au.


Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email admin@popiton.au.
